Viewing and Editing Disclaimer Text

This feature allows you to edit or view disclaimer text that appears in the estimate reports. If you select General or Alternate Parts, you can modify the text. If you select Recycled Part, MOTOR, CCC General, Paint Materials Threshold, UPI, State Aftermarket, or State General, you can only view the text, you cannot change it.

Any edits you make to the disclaimers will appear on your workfile and reports. The changes will only affect new workfiles that you create, NOT existing workfiles.

To select or edit disclaimer text

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Disclaimer - Text link.
4. Select the General or Alternate Part disclaimer from the Type droplist, and then edit the information in the Disclaimer field.
5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.

Note: Depending on your security level, you may not have access to all the fields on this screen.
